Job description
Summary
Lead and grow the Oracle Practice within the organization, including identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building, and ramping up the team.
Key Responsibility:
Lead and grow the Oracle Practice within the organization, including identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building, and ramping up the team.
Provide inputs on client needs and recommend solution options based on Oracle products.
Prepare viable solution for the client with strong sense of business case.
Propose delivery approach for the technology solution considering priorities and dependencies.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure that Oracle solutions are integrated with other technologies and services.
Deliver Oracle Project Implementation and Consultancy Services
Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor on Oracle solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, or above
13+ years of experience in managing and delivering multi-year Oracle projects.
Experience constructing technology deals focusing on Oracle and related modules and technologies.
Prior experience in leading system integration or implementation projects, especially with Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions
Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing an Oracle team.
Proven track record of developing and growing business in the Oracle space
Strong market connections
A deep understanding of the Oracle technologies and their applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
Fluent Cantonese and English
