Job description
Client:
Our client is a well established listed company with a strong presence in the market. To cope with rapid growth of the business, they are now recruiting for a Corporate Finance Associate to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Assist in strategic planning to drive inorganic growth and corporate development in Asia
Conduct M&A due diligence, analysis, structuring, negotiation, execution, and post integration
Advise on equity and debt fund-raising and investment activities for the group
Maintain relationship with investors, investment banks, lawyers and auditors in deal exercises
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience gained from Big 4 or commercial industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize different requests
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
