Charterhouse is looking for a Full time Customer Services & Administrative Assistant to join one of it’s established clients. Working within the education sector would be a plus, along with an understanding of different curriculums taught.


  • Bachelors Degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience within hospitality or a customer service role would be beneficial
  • Enjoy working within a multi-cultural environment
  • Excellent command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
  • Pay close attention to details, with good problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Tools (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Some knowledge of php and html preferred
