Job description

Our client is a sizeable international financial technology company who is seeking for a native or close to native Japanese, Korean or Vietnamese speaker to provide excellent end-to-end customer services to designated market. They are offering exciting career prospect to candidates that are passionate to build their career in Fintech sector. 

Duties:

  • Become an expert on customer services
  • Provide efficient and effective respond to customer’s inquiries, requests and concerns via any communication tools like phone, email, and social media
  • Increase customer satisfaction through providing friendly and professional customer support
  • Ensure customers are receiving exceptional support
  • Escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal team
  • Provide feedback to the company to advocate for customers in the designated market

Requirements:

  • Native or close to native Japanese / Korean / Vietnamese speaker with 1-2 years experience in customer servicing / account servicing
  • Fluent in English communication in both verbal and writing
  • Eligible to work in Hong Kong with valid Visa or as Permanent Resident
  • Ability to juggle various tasks with positive attitude
  • Attention to detail, energetic
  • Fresh graduate is welcome
