Job description
We are now seeking for Director - Corporate Development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account for full spectrum of strategic development and business growth initiatives
- Leading the team of professionals to design the roadmap and best practices for the ESG programs
- Formulate overarching public affairs strategies for corporate development and contingency planning
- Lead initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation within the community and among relevant audiences.
- Develop and sustain robust strategic alliances with key both local and international partners to strengthen group's standing and to bolster credibility
- Oversee the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials to support the CEO office
- Conduct thorough research and keep abreast of global and local trends and government policies
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in sustainability development, business management, communications or equivalent disciplines
- At least 15 years of project management experiences with proven track record of impactful deliverables
- Proven ability to engage effectively with a diverse array of external stakeholders
- A natural leader with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communications and organizational abilities
