Director - Corporate Planning

Job description

We are now seeking for Director - Corporate Planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Champion the alignment of corporate planning with program delivery to embed robust governance and the successful delivery of strategic initiatives
• Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the PMO to support the organization's long-term growth objectives
• Enhance organizational agility by resolving cross-divisional overlaps, streamlining resource distribution, and implementing process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Steer early-stage project development, encompassing feasibility studies, business case creation, and high-level strategic evaluations
• Translate high-level strategic vision into actionable business plans and measurable programs
• Oversee the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials to support the CEO in public engagements and outreach efforts.
• Conduct thorough research and keep abreast of global and local trends

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary educated in business management, engineering or equivalent disciplines
• At least 15 years of project and program management experiences with proven track record of impactful deliverables
• Proven ability to engage effectively with a diverse array of external stakeholders
• A natural leader with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communications and organizational abilities
