Job description
Responsibilities
Lead a team to manage and improve the cyber security operations for the Corporation, and develop security management strategies, roadmaps and architecture to align with corporate business strategies.
Oversee the security monitoring and incident management procedures, provide effective vulnerability management and assessments as well as recommend remediation actions to internal stakeholders.
Work closely with other IT teams to integrate security practices into system and / or solution development.
Manage information security projects and deliver the outcomes within the agreed timeline and budget.
Develop and maintain security standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Engage key stakeholders to drive security-focused automation and practices.
Seek and benchmark market best practices to optimize security management with the appropriate use of new technology.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or a related discipline.
A minimum of 12 years’ relevant experience, of which at least 4 years should be at managerial level, preferably with exposures in managing critical IT infrastructure and digital projects software development.
Possession of professional certifications, such as Certified Information Security Manager, Offensive Security Certified Professional, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Cloud Security Professional, is preferred.
Experience with PCI DSS and ISO 27001 preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of security technologies, covering network, endpoint, email, application, data loss prevention, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Identity & Access Management (IAM), advanced persistent threat (APT), web and cloud platform.
Proven leadership with strong business acumen and stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
