Job description

  • Deliver digital development projects as per business direction and requirements, on-time and within budget

  • Manage the product development under agile framework and work closely with the scrum team, including IT, business users and external vendors

  • Take the Product Owner role to define personas, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritise backlog with the scrum team

  • Work closely with Designers to ensure the UX/UI design can provide optimised customer experience on digital platform

  • Lead UAT to ensure the final product is developed as per business requirements and approved design

  • Monitor usage and app analytics to understand customer usage behaviour and potential pain points for continuous enhancements on the digital platform

  • Conduct research, including customer research and desktop research, to understand the customer pain-points and latest digital technology trend, then suggest innovative ideas for the company to deploy in medium-term

  • Work with marketing agency on promoting digital assets


  • Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science with strong technology knowledge and experience

  • Certified Product Owner with hands-on experience under Agile approach is highly preferred

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in design and development of mobile apps

  • Proven track record of digital product development and project management experience in a large scale and complex organisation

  • Sound knowledge of digital market trend, AI application and UX/UI trends
