Job description
Deliver digital development projects as per business direction and requirements, on-time and within budget
Manage the product development under agile framework and work closely with the scrum team, including IT, business users and external vendors
Take the Product Owner role to define personas, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritise backlog with the scrum team
Work closely with Designers to ensure the UX/UI design can provide optimised customer experience on digital platform
Lead UAT to ensure the final product is developed as per business requirements and approved design
Monitor usage and app analytics to understand customer usage behaviour and potential pain points for continuous enhancements on the digital platform
Conduct research, including customer research and desktop research, to understand the customer pain-points and latest digital technology trend, then suggest innovative ideas for the company to deploy in medium-term
Work with marketing agency on promoting digital assets
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science with strong technology knowledge and experience
Certified Product Owner with hands-on experience under Agile approach is highly preferred
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in design and development of mobile apps
Proven track record of digital product development and project management experience in a large scale and complex organisation
Sound knowledge of digital market trend, AI application and UX/UI trends
