Job description
Responsibilities
Understand the business priorities, supports strategic & innovative thinking through clear articulation of IT capabilities and manages expectations on development and delivery of IT services.
Align the IT architecture, plans with the business priorities, and identify suitable application solution to support business needs and growth.
Define, manage, and optimize enterprise application architecture for the group across all BUs, ensure the scalability, security and sustainability of the application platform.
Plan and manage IT solution delivery portfolio at group level and BU specific level.
Builds trusting relationships with 3rd party software providers and implementation partners that enable seamless working relationships, drives cost effectiveness and high performance throughout the contract lifecycle
Initiate, manage and deliver large scale cross BUs business solutions that provide sustainable value to the business by maximising benefits and minimising one-off and ongoing delivery risk
Manage and optimise the operation efficiency of system application support via internal resources and external partnership supports.
Manage budget for strategic projects delivery and application operation support.
Requirements
15+ years of experience in working for a consulting firm / technology / fintech companies in the roles of project director, enterprise architect, portfolio or business development manager.
Strong analytical, time management and people skills
Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) will be an absolute advantage.
Solid experience in large scale program management, stakeholder expectation management, client facing advisory skills in discussing business / technical requirements and recommending solutions
Experience of collaborating with various internal & external stakeholders, C-suites
Strong knowledge of technology landscape and experience in digital solutions / consulting company will be an advantage.
Understanding of latest developments in technology products and services
Flexible, goal oriented, outstanding analytical abilities and attention to details
