Job description
Responsibilities:
- Be in charge of information system project starting from defining project scope to ensure delivery of quality project on time and within budget
- Manage and closely monitor of the assigned projects including but not limited to resources and support, cost control and risk assessment
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify changes due to change in system and process, as well as manage stakeholders’ expectations on the information system
- Explore and review contemporary business solutions to support HR initiatives
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years work experience in implementing HRIS
- Previous experience in retail s is preferred
- Knowledge in Oracle PeopleSoft, talent management solutions, BI as well as Kronos Timekeeper is advantage
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
