Job description
Our client is a leading Fintech MNC and they are looking to increase headcount for their Infrastructure Technical Support team. The candidate will involve in troubleshooting, implementation & deployment of Infrastructure solutions, being an integral part of the group's operations.
Job Duties:
- Provide technical support for Linux servers and associated infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations & upgrades.
- Take part in solutions analysis, implementation & deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and availability.
- Documentation of technical specs, test cases & manuals.
- Participate in on-call support rotation as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Linux environments & Windows Infrastructure.
- Proficient in Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Shell scripting, SQL, OracleDB
- Experience with VMware, Load Balancer, Tomcat, Docker or similar technologies.
- Relevant certifications in RHCE/ RHEL/ Linux will be an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
