Job description
Responsible
Perform hardware and automated software upgrade and support
Network installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Provide onsite or remote support to customer on ad hoc project
Tracking and distributing incidents via IT ticket system ServiceNow
Manage new user AD accounts and AAD accounts and configure accounts
Manage emails account, distribution list and shared mailboxes via exchange admin centre and PowerShell
Manage devices in Microsoft Intune
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology
At least 2 years + working experience in IT helpdesk or deskside support background
Solid experiences troubleshooting on Windows & Network Infrastructure
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Able to work independently, proactively, and self-motivated
Good communication skill in English and Cantonese
Knowledge in PowerShell and firewall is desirable but not a must
Exposure in the healthcare industry is an added advantage
