Job description


  • Perform hardware and automated software upgrade and support

  • Network installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

  • Provide onsite or remote support to customer on ad hoc project

  • Tracking and distributing incidents via IT ticket system ServiceNow

  • Manage new user AD accounts and AAD accounts and configure accounts

  • Manage emails account, distribution list and shared mailboxes via exchange admin centre and PowerShell

  • Manage devices in Microsoft Intune



  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology

  • At least 2 years + working experience in IT helpdesk or deskside support background

  • Solid experiences troubleshooting on Windows & Network Infrastructure

  • Good problem solving and analytical skills

  • Able to work independently, proactively, and self-motivated

  • Good communication skill in English and Cantonese

  • Knowledge in PowerShell and firewall is desirable but not a must

  • Exposure in the healthcare industry is an added advantage
