Job description
Our client, a prominent player in the property sector, is looking to expand its esteemed in-house regional legal team by adding an additional lawyer. The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong qualified lawyer with 5-10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial law. Preference will be given to those with expertise in property law.
Job Description:
- Provide legal advice and support to various departments, primarily focusing on the leasing business
- Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Collaborate with relevant business teams to develop company policies and procedures
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal reports
- Participate in company projects
Ideal Candidate:
- Hong Kong qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial law and regulations, particularly property/leasing laws
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
