Job description
- HKD 3M to 5m+ package
- Looking for HK Developer side candidates
- Must have sales & marketing and acquisition exp
My client is a mid size privately owned real estate developer which an established portfolio. They are specialised in high end residential projects in Hong Kong and actively expanding into the UK and SEA market. Currently they are looking to take on a senior candidate from Hong Kong Developer side to lead and expand their current business and operation.
Job role
- To assist the real estate developer to acquire new development projects in Hong Kong and overseas.
- Lead and provide insights during the process of HKGov land sales or private sector acquisitions.
- Lead and build a strong team of sales and marketing professionals to oversee the project positioning, pricing and sales activities for upcoming projects.
- Review the current company operation and structure, ensure the company is running as efficient and competitive as it’s competitors.
Requirement
- At least 20 years of work experience in the HK Developer sector.
- Must have strong experience in sales and marketing as well as project acquisition in the Hong Kong market.
- Currently leading a team or multiple teams in a well known HK developer.
- Native in Cantonese and professional level in speaking and writing in English.
