Our client is an international Law Firm, and they are seeking an ambitious Office Manager to join their team. As an Office Manager, you will oversee the overall office operation supporting staff in Hong Kong.


  • Manage day to day administration
  • Ensure the delivery of client services function such as reception area, meeting room
  • Act as the first point of contact for facilities related matters such as workplace health and safety, mail rooms, IT server rooms and records management
  • Ensure relevant local service contracts and agreements are up to date such as vendor agreements, lease contracts and insurance policies
  • Collaborate with Partners, business unit heads regarding strategies to improve overall operation
  • Ad hoc duties assigned


  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as an Office Manager from an international law firm will be a plus
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, organized and high attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication skills as you will be communicating with staff at all levels
  • Work hard, play hard ethos
