Job description
We are now seeking for Operations & Facilities Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account for full spectrum of office admin and technical management duties to ensure smooth operations of the TW HQ
- Handle the human resources operations including but not limited to onboarding arrangement, compensation and benefits, payroll services, reports etc.
- Analyse tender and procurement process
- Evaluate and manage contractors' and vendors 'performance for repair and maintenance services to ensure in compliance with statutory requirement
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to develop best practices
- Liaise with the senior management to identify and implement continuous facilities management improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of practical experiences with proven track record in office admin and HR operations management, preferably in sizable organization
- Excellent communications and organizational abilities
- Stationed in Taipei is required
