Our client is a renowned top tier law firm with a strong presence in the legal field. They are currently looking for a paralegal who is willing to learn and a team player to join their corporate team in Hong Kong. The candidate will also have exposure to Asset Finance, Banking & Finance and Shipping.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Partners
- Translating and drafting of legal documents
- Carry out work such as due diligence, verification, drafting and reviewing documents and performing legal research
- Assisting with due diligence and management of relevant documents and information
- Assisting with listing matters
- Ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Successful candidate must have a Law degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in similar or related roles
- Experience working with PRC clients will be an advantage
- Ability to exercise independent thought and judgment
- Fluent English, Cantonese
- Mandarin is essential for this post (Written and verbal)
- Self-motivated, responsible and hard-working
- Strong written and oral communication skills
