Job description

We are partnering with our client, one of the fastest growing UK based startups with global presence on a search for a high potential and dynamic individual to support on full lifecycle recruitment across APAC

Key responsibilities:

  • Be an active member on the APAC recruitment team and support in full lifecycle recruiting, such as researching, sourcing, talent mapping, reporting, interviewing and candidate management
  • Act as a junior recruitment partner to the business, build and manage excellent internal and external partnerships
  • Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends
  • Provide support on developing innovative hiring solutions, leverage data to support strategic hiring decisions
  • Create a positive and seamless interview experience for both candidates and hiring managers

Key Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • 2 years+ recruitment experience, preferably from a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Enthusiastic, people oriented, proactive, open minded, analytical and consultative
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Sound knowledge of local employment laws, organizational structures, and salary trends
  • Ability to multitask, detail oriented and organised
  • Love meeting people and is an excellent team player
