Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and collaborate with the headquarters project team to lead the implementation of cross functional projects, i.e. new technology solution, new enterprise level applications, business process enhancement, and other global solution / projects deployment in the roadmap for the Asia business unit
Identify and initiate local innovative technical solution to add value to the business, i.e. digital payment solution, new retail application; facilitate the creation of a business plan to bring the projects to life
Act as the go-to person for the technical integration work with 3rd party solution or service providers, i.e. EDI file exchange, system integration with enterprise level applications
Ensure system projects and/or change requests are delivered within schedule and budget
Manage the project roadmap, provide regular project updates and risk assessment to project stakeholders
Facilitate the procedure and process changes of the concerned business functions in relation to the technical solution implementation or enhancement; create workflow document and develop training materials if necessary
Provide advice to business functions; collect and analyze change or enhancement requests; lead technical solution design discussion and work with external system solution providers
Define technical tests and conduct UAT
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in IT or engineering with at least 5 years of system implementations and/or IT project management experience. Experience in fashion retail would be of advantageous
Solid experience in enterprise level application implementation
Solid experience in driving 3rd party system integration with legacy system
Excellent project management skills
A collaborative team player with good comprehension skills
Strong system knowledge in business application tools
Strong communication and organization skills
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
