Lead the SAP S4/Hana implementation from initiation to roll-out.
Define the Program charter and clarify component project boundaries and interdependencies within the Program.
Guardian of the program governance to maximize value along the way.
Strong vendor management and quality management. Monitor and report Program progress against the plan.
Accountable of the design of SAP S4/HANA to ensure the sustainability of solution with the design authority and the experts (SAP Centre of Excellence)
Collaborate with project teams to gather security specific requirements and translate requirements into design.
Responsible of the delivery of the SAP platform to the whole organization leveraging best practices from SAP.
Advocate best practices in process and implementation design.
Manage the vendor relationship with SAP and ensure the roadmap integrates last SAP releases.
Resource planning, develop team skill matrix and teamwork load management.
Manage a team and the integrator in the delivery and support of the product.
Through service introduction planning and execution, ensure that when new capabilities are introduced into production, they are well communicated, and the team is prepared for production support. Provide ongoing feedback, mentoring, and coaching to team members.
Assess and enhance team agility and maturity by developing coaching plans and conducting maturity assessments.
Manage Program changes in accordance with the change management plan to control scope, quality, and schedule.
Manage the issues and risks of the Program and coordinate component Project issue and risk management by their Project managers.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent years of experience)
At least 10 years of experience working in large scale program environment.
At least 5 years’ experience with SAP S4/HANA
Program/Project Delivery methodologies (PMP, AGILE)
Deep expertise in SAP, agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices.
Experience coaching and mentoring individuals and teams and facilitating training sessions.
Strong problem-solving skills that can be applied to resolve complex business and technical challenges.
Experience developing and tracking metrics and using them to make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
Familiarity with agile planning tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
