βAn exciting opportunity has arisen for mid-level private practice or in-house lawyers looking to get into the technology infrastructure sector and take on an exciting position at a mid-sized MNC.Reporting to the APAC Head of Legal, the successful candidate will work on a wide array of corporate and investment matters including M&A and financing, and general commercial (commercial contracts and advisory) matters.
While having sufficient support from the APAC legal team, the successful candidate will get to work directly with the Senior Business Heads in Hong Kong on diverse projects and will also liaise with and manage external lawyers on specific transactions.

The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong lawyer admitted to practice in a common law jurisdiction with around 4-10 years of post-qualification experience in M&A, project finance, real estate finance, or acquisitions, gained with an international law firm or an MNC.He/she must have demonstrated experience of running and managing M&A and/or financing transactions and be highly proficient in written and spoken English and fluent in spoken Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).
