My client is an International company who has a big footprint in Asia. Currently seeking top tier talent to join exciting and innovative team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the different departments across the business; the candidate will have excellent stake holder management both upwards and downwards. In addition the candidate will drive analysis for projects, support development of strategic priorities and track progress until BAU stage.
Job Responsibilities:
- A university degree and ideally with an MBA
- Minimum 5 years relevant strategic, project management within Insurance or Management Consultancies focusing on Insurance sector
- Experience gained from other relevant MNCs, Professional Service, Consulting Firms would also be considered
- Track record in consulting, advisory, planning and implementation
- Excellent stakeholders management skills.
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
- Project management skills
- Asia work experience is a must
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, with a additional Asian language
Requirements:
- Must have strong relationships management skills
- Positive and hard working
- Able to work in a structured yet evolving environment and manage multiple stakeholders
- Energetic, loyal and a strong team player
