Job description
For a consumer MNC we are currently recruiting a Secretary to support the General Manager and the small office in TST area. Our client offers a stable working environment, and a work life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full range of secretarial duties and provide all-rounded support to the General Manager
- Handle office administration and provide operation support to the company group, 10 Pax
- Liaise and co-ordinate with external and internal parties.
- Manage and follow up for the appointments, functions / events and travel issue etc.
- Prepare document and maintain good filing system.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree holder, with formal secretarial training would be an advantage.
- With more than 5 years of secretarial experience.
- With excellent communication & Interpersonal skills, able to be a good team player
- Self-motivated, able to handle multi-tasking and attentive to details
- Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Immediately available is preferred
