Job description
Our client is a recognized corporation with strong project pipelines. Deep-rooted in Hong Kong, an opportunity has arisen for industrial engineering professional to join their team.
We are now seeking for Senior Engineer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform a full spectrum of project management duties for industrial solutions
Assist the senior management to ensure smooth operations of the equipment and set-up
Responsible for testing and commissioning for the equipment operations
Prepare and maintain the documentation for statutory submission
QUALIFICATIONS
Tertiary education in Engineering or related discipline
At least 5 years of solid experiences in microelectronic industry
Project management in 3D SIP is an advantage
Member of professional qualifications is highly preferred
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
