Senior Leasing Manager

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform a full spectrum of leasing operations including, lease negotiation and renewal, documentation, tenancy liaison etc

• Conduct market research and feasibility studies

• Formulate effective business strategies and advise the top management on insights

• Develop extensive industry network and business partnership

• Closely coordinate with other stakeholders and related departments on layout planning and tenancy matters

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary educated in Surveying, Business, Marketing or related discipline

• At least 10 years of solid leasing management experiences with proven track record in commercial assets, preferably Grade-A buildings

• Strong business acumen and proactive attitude

• Proven leadership skills and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communications and presentation skills is essential
• Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Manager
