Job description
Responsibilities:
Develop roadmap and drive HR transformation project via digitalization platform.
Experience to support HR digitalization and transformation strategies.
Close partnership with HR Business Partners, Operations Teams, IT Team and end-users, this role will lead a team in acting as internal consultant to provide solutions to support business needs.
Project management responsibility for with focus on stakeholder management and change management
On-going monitor and review of system performance and enhancement and access impact on upstream/downstream systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage on-going system administration and maintenance.
Review and re-design current HR system and develop efficient and user-friendly workflows to support end-to-end employee life cycle.
Understand HR and business needs and develop various dashboards on key HR workforce metrics and data analytics!
Explore market trend on HR technology and identify the possibilities on adopting digital solution to drive business initiative and enhance workforce efficiency.
Vendor selection and management for implementation and system supports.
Drive growth of the team to be successful COE
Requirements:
University degree in Human Resources Management, Information System Management, or Information Technology
10 years or above relevant experience
Full cycle system implementation experience is a MUST.
Experience in Workday, PeopleSoft, Kronos, Lumesse, LMS would be an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Outgoing personality and ability to liaise with business partners and external parties.
People oriented, result oriented and critical mindset will be great asset.
