Job description
Our client is a one of the top contractors with global footprints and strong project pipelines in Hong Kong. An opportunity has arisen for an energetic planning professional to join their project management division.
We are now seeking for Senior Planning Manager - Construction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Account for full spectrum of project management duties including but not limited to preparation of construction programme
Manage project pipeline from design, submissions, procurement to ensure the project completion in timely and effective manner
Responsible for method statements, site layout plans and construction drawings.
Liaise with other departments and sub-contractors on resolving site issues
Monitor the master programme and update the progress with all related parties
Develop and maintain the standards and procedures to ensure strict compliance
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree holder in civil engineering, building service or equivalent
At least 12 years of site management experiences with proven track record in sizable contractors for both civil and building works
Membership of professional qualification is a plus to this role
Proficiency in Primavera 6 and MS Project will be an advantage
Excellent communications and organizational abilities
Results driven, self-initiative and excellent business acumen
Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Planning Manager
