Senior Project Manager (CRM, E-commerce) - MNC

Job description

​Our client is a renowned MNC with various business segments across industries in Asia. They have been undergoing digital transformation and are looking to add to their applications team a Senior Project Manager. The candidate will be responsible for business partnering with various departments in carrying out technology transformation and delivery across various business interfaces. The role would be ideal for candidates looking for a sizeable platform with multifaceted business applications.

Duties:

• Devise and execute technology strategy and solutions

• Partner with stakeholders from group business teams for technology advancement and use

• Lead projects on customer lifecycle management and experience

• Drive implementation and system integration across various platforms (CRM, POS, e-commerce, logistic, WMS)

• Advise business teams on effective technology use and provide technical guidance

• Manage vendors and technology providers

• Analyse and study ongoing technology use and new technology adoption

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder

• At least 7 years of experience in a similar role

• Familiar with technology for retail and e-commerce solutions

• Regional exposure would be an advantage

• Knowledge of cloud and relevant technology

• Strong communication skills

• Good command of English, Chinese
