Job description

We are partnering with our client, a marketing leader in its respected industry in search for a well-rounded and dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to drive full cycle recruitment across APAC .

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a key member on the TA team to support business hiring for  multiple offices across APAC
  • Partner with senior stakeholders as a TA Business Partner on talent planning and strategic hiring; Advising stakeholders on long-term hiring plans
  • Act as a brand ambassador Develop a world- class candidate experience, and serving as a brand ambassador
  • Identify gaps, and develop creative and innovative hiring process and solutions which can enable the organization to scale a highly capable, engaged and inclusive team
  • Develop and build a solid Talent Acquisition infrastructure, and a mature end to end recruitment process within a growing organization
  • Leverage useful data to drive strategic hiring decisions
  • Responsible for mentoring and training junior recruitment specialists

Key Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • 6+ years Talent Acquisition experience, preferably from in-house environment with a background from Headhunting
  • Enthusiastic, people oriented, proactive, analytical and consultative
  • An excellent communicator and influencer, must be able to position yourself as a Business Partner to senior management and proactively give advise on any talent related matters
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
