Solution Architect (IT Security) – MNC IT Solutions Provider

Job description

​Our client is a leading IT Solutions Provider with a strong presence in the market. To cope with an increasing demand in business, they are expanding their team with the addition of a Solution Architect role looking after Information Security offerings. This role would be a client facing role with strong prospect of building a portfolio with the latest security solutions, making it an ideal role for candidates who are looking to continue their career in this field.

Job Duties:

• Provide consultative services and devise solutions for clients needs

• Review existing client requirements & propose comprehensive security solution offering

• Work with clients in obtaining feedback on product and services provided

• Conduct assessment on client cases and recommend a satisfactory solution

• Sales support with quotations, COS, presentations

• Maintain strong knowledge of security solutions portfolio and the latest industry trends

The Right Candidate:

• Strong knowledge of security solutions and products

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Experience serving clients on cloud, firewall, network, DDOS, DLP, security products

• Prior experience of implementing and installing software

• Certificates in security would be a plus (CISA, CISSP)

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset

• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
