Job description

Our client is an international UK Law Firm with offices in key business areas across UK, Europe, Asia, Middle East and other hubs with high net worth individuals. The firm is a leading adviser in various areas such as Corporate, Family, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, Intellectual Property and Private Wealth. Since their inception in HK, they have grown rapidly in headcount and client base. 

They are now looking to hire a Team Secretary to support their daily operation


  • Support and work closely with the Office Manager
  • Provide overall secretarial and admin support to Fee Earners
  • Manage Fee Earners’ timesheet and prepare monthly invoices/billing
  • Maintain an organized client files and folders
  •  Calendar management and meeting arrangement
  • Arrange complex travel arrangement
  • Conduct document preparation by typing, scanning and editing
  • Draft simple correspondence for internal and external parties
  • Conduct audio typing when required
  • Any other related ad hoc activities


  • Must have a minimum of 1 year secretarial experience within the legal sector
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, organized and high attention to detail
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office applications. Chinese Word processing is a must
  • Positive disposition and with excellent interpersonal skills
