Andy is a seasoned recruitment professional with seven years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. He specializes in hiring for governance and back-office functions, partnering with retail and corporate banks, securities and investment banking firms, and buy-side institutions. Outside of his professional life, Andy enjoys reading and photography. When he's not immersed in books or behind the lens, you can often find him exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Hong Kong through hiking.
