Cason was born and raised in Hong Kong, where he began his career as an audio engineer with a strong interest in music and sound, cultivated by the vibrant Canto pop scene in Hong Kong.
Cason transitioned into recruitment, specializing in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain talent acquisition across the APAC region. His expertise lies in partnering with multinational corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and startups to identify and secure top-tier professionals. He has a proven track record in fields such as Research & Development (R&D), Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Lean Manufacturing, and Automation.
Outside of his professional endeavours, Cason is a talented bassist and enjoys playing music at a professional level.
