Selene Ma

Selene, originally from Hong Kong and educated in both Hong Kong and Australia, holds a degree in Human Resources and is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

With nearly 20 years of experience across front, middle- back office in financial services recruitment, she has specialized in operations and governance functions for over a decade, partnering with investment banks, corporate and commercial banks, and buy-side institutions. Throughout her career, Selene has established a solid reputation and is dedicated to being a trusted advisor for both clients and candidates.

Before joining Charterhouse, Selene worked with several global and Asia-based recruitment firms, consistently achieving high billings in her previous role, where she advanced from senior consultant to Head of Middle and Back Office in Financial Services.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and watching movies at home.
