Job description
We are now seeking for Assistant Manager - Property Development .
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct research works and detailed analysis for overseas investment
- Account for feasibility studies for the portfolio acquisitions and disposal
- Analyse business data in related to economics, land, government policy etc.
- Collect market insights and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities
- Responsible for the asset management duties of the portfolio
- Prepare regular reporting and presentation to top management
REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary educated in Real Estate, Hospitality, Business, Economics or related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated comprehensive research experiences in property developers, property funds, consultancies etc.
- Meticulous, self-initiative with excellent analytical abilities
- Strong business acumen and articulate communications skill is highly preferrable
- Candidate with hotel operations background is welcome to apply
- Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Senior Analyst
