Key Responsibilities
- Handle licensing registration, renewals, and updates, ensuring timely submissions and accurate records.
- Assist in monitoring regulatory changes and maintaining tracking tools to keep obligations up to date.
- Support the preparation of compliance reports, summaries, and presentations for management.
- Coordinate with colleagues and stakeholders to implement compliance processes and meet regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to regional compliance projects by providing research, documentation, and administrative support.
- Help organize training sessions and awareness initiatives to strengthen compliance culture across the office.
- Provide backup support to team members and contribute to smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or Accounting.
- 3-6 years of experience in compliance, preferably within financial services.
- Basic knowledge of Hong Kong banking regulations and practices.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese, with strong communication skills.
