Job description

Our client is a global renowned luxury retail brand; they are currently seeking for a high calibre individual to take up a Regional C&B Business Partner role. This is a highly strategic position with limitless exposure to top business leaders within HK and across the region.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a Business Partner to strategize effective regional Retail incentive scheme
- Review, design & implement C&B policies and procedures
- Work with the business to develop an attractive retention plan from C&B perspective
- Proactively recommend changes to manager on how to improve efficiency of processes and practices
- In charge for job evaluation and benchmarking
- Ba key contributor to budgeting, headcount planning & management
- Work closely with Finance team on budget presentation
Key Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- 6 years+ relevant HRBP and Total Rewards experience gained from sizable MNCs, ideally from a Retail setting
- Regional experience highly desired
- An excellent communicator with exception interpersonal skills. Must be pleasant, independent, detailed-oriented and not afraid to initiate ideas and changes
- Strong numerical sense and excellent knowledge in Excel, with HRIS management experience
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, excellent English writing and speaking skills is a must
