Our client is a global renowned luxury retail brand; they are currently seeking for a high calibre individual to take up a Regional C&B Business Partner role. This is a highly strategic position with limitless exposure to top business leaders within HK and across the region.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a Business Partner to strategize effective regional Retail incentive scheme
  • Review, design & implement C&B policies and procedures
  • Work with the business to develop an attractive retention plan from C&B perspective
  • Proactively recommend changes to manager on how to improve efficiency of processes and practices
  • In charge for job evaluation and  benchmarking
  • Ba key contributor to budgeting, headcount planning & management
  • Work closely with Finance team on budget presentation

Key Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above
  • 6 years+ relevant HRBP and Total Rewards experience gained from sizable MNCs, ideally from a Retail setting
  • Regional experience highly desired
  • An excellent communicator with exception interpersonal skills. Must be pleasant, independent, detailed-oriented and not afraid to initiate ideas and changes
  • Strong numerical sense and excellent knowledge in Excel, with HRIS management experience
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, excellent English writing and speaking skills is a must
