Assistant Technical Project Manager (Blockchain , 35k - 50k)

Job description

My client is a blockchain consortium focuses on digitizing the supply chain industry and integrating peripheral processes like Trade Finance and Sustainable Shipping.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute technical projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Oversee application/system integration, testing, and release.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.
• Cleanse and transform data for business use.
• Onboard new consortium members and assist with system setup.
• Monitor platform/API gateway issues and support production.
• Drive platform enhancements and fixes.
• Support security reviews and platform architecture optimization.
• Provide technical guidance during product design and customer engagement.
• Define cloud environment requirements for hosting applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years in project coordination, technical consulting, or project management.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage uncertainty.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Experience with identity services or registration workflows.
• Data analytics and dashboard creation skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Kubernetes, Docker, MongoDB, MySQL, Jira, Confluence.
• Experience with secure and efficient platform/API gateway setups.
• Supply chain or trade finance domain knowledge.
