Open to candidates in Corporate RM, Product, Credit, and Graduate Trainee positions.
Job Description
- Assist the Head of Structured Trade & Working Capital Solutions HK in implementing strategic initiatives aimed at achieving sustainable growth for the East Asia region, focusing on trade innovation and digitalization, ESG and sustainable finance, and cross-selling products (cash management and flow FX).
- Prepare reports and handle related administrative and middle office tasks, while also supporting financial institution transactions.
- Contribute to in-depth exercises and analyses of clients and industries.
- Manage key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering and maintaining strong working connections.
- Propose and recommend constructive changes and improvements to operating models, procedures, and practices.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in commercial banking and/or trade finance.
- Knowledgeable in trade services, operations, and solutions related to conventional trade, receivables finance, and Supply Chain Finance (SCF).
- Familiar with credit and operational risks associated with trade products.
- Understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication abilities, including proficiency in written and verbal communication, as well as the capacity to deliver compelling presentations in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
