Job description
Our client is a renowned Hospitality group with global presence; they are currently seeking for an experienced, highly competent individual to join them as an AVP, Human Resources to act as a strategic Business Partner to focus on driving people agenda, align and drive organization-wide development plan
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted Business Partner to senior stakeholders across the group and various BUs to drive operational success and performance
- Lead the business to drive improvement on operational and strategic results in the capacity of leadership development, employee relations, talent management, workforce planning and engagement
- Design and implement development strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Demonstrate profound knowledge in full scope of HR
- Provides insights and key HR data to the region and senior leaders
- Act as a coach and mentor to provide a framework for others to grow and develop
Key Requirements
- A seasoned HRBP with minimum 13 years in the multinational Hospitality or Consumer sector
- Highly experience in Learning, Leadership, Talent and Organizational Development
- Successful track record in leveraging key performance indicators to drive organizational success
- Able to work under pressure with minimal guidance within a matrix organization and have the ability to influence
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; Able to build rapport and trust with all levels of staffs
