Job description
Our client, a leading HK financial entity, is looking for an AVP, Trade Surveillance for their upcoming team expansion.
Responsibilities:
Perform trade monitoring and surveillance across equities markets primarily in real time
Review of surveillance reviews and prepare MI reporting to ensure accurate information is shared
Ensure appropriate control to mitigate risks of trading
Update the compliance program policies and conduct internal reviews when required
Perform other projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
University degree from a related discipline
6+ years of proven monitoring and surveillance experience (Experience of SMARTS and Actimize would be preferred)
Understanding of regulatory environment
Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
