Business Analyst

Job description

My client, a technology solution company in the supply chain & logistics industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to support product design and launch initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders (customers, solution providers) to understand business needs and desired outcomes, and gather requirements for product design and workflow enhancements.
• Build business cases and align product design or changes with stakeholders on implementation scope and schedule.
• Facilitate product launch and rollout, including planning, system integration, testing, customer onboarding, and go-to-market activities.
• Work closely with internal teams and vendors to implement API changes or develop new APIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in the technology industry.
• Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or data/API products is preferred.
• Self-driven and proactive with a strong ability to deliver results.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
