Job description
Our client is a US listed cutting edge innovation of Imaging/ ChatGTP NLP and smart city intelligence pioneer in the world. They are looking for IT PM to join force
Good command of Mandarin with China / Taiwan R&D Lab team and English with Hong Kong and regionals clients.
In charge of chatbot projects for clients including HKSAR Government
Managing project schedule and budget, as well as discussing requirements to provide a satisfying chatbot solutions to clients.
Chatbot solutions involved: proprietary chatbot solution, Google DialogFlow
Project Management
Handling project tasks and coordinate with engineers on technical requirements on chatbot project
Managing the overall implementation and customer care of chatbot projects for government and public utilities corporate clients.
Integrating chatbot DialogFlow with different APIs, including Zendesk (An all-in-one help desk, knowledge base, live chat, and call centre solution and/or Customer Support), Clarifai (is the leading Generative AI, NLP, and computer vision production platform of Image Recognition), Zapier (Marketing Automation) to curate flexible chatbot conversational experiences.
Analyzing business requirements, providing customer-centric suggestions on conversational design and chatbot training, managing the division of labor to ensure the project is executed on time with satisfactory results.
