Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the efficient and quality delivery of services from their business partner functions namely Finance, HR, IT, Admin, Legal, Risk & Compliance.
This is a critical role to ensure data integrity, timely reporting and high accuracy across all the business partner functions.
You will also play an integral role in ESG function within this organisation.
Lead and participate in implementation of business strategies to drive the business forward.
Working closely with C-Suite members and an active participant in board meetings
You are expected to ensure all risks are being mitigated and constantly challenge the status quo to drive continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
You must be a Qualified Accountant and in your earlier years trained within the Big 4.
Proven track record in managing Business Partner functions as stated above.
Degree Holder in Accounting, Business or related discipline.
At least 15 years of work experience within a multinational environment.
You must be a highly commercial individual who is also strong in stakeholder management.
Strong communicator and able to lead business through transformations.
Excellent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
