Job description
Our client is a highly regarded and internationally recognized financial service firm with a strong presence in the global financial industry. They are now actively looking to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Manager, FP&A who handles management reports and analysis for projects.
Responsibilities:
Generate and analyze comprehensive financial and management reports for project initiatives
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
Participate in enterprise-wide process improvement programs within the Finance division
Spearhead system enhancements to enhance efficiency of reporting processes
Provide hands-on support for monthly forecasting and annual budgeting workflows
Track project actuals and consolidate financial overviews
Engage proactively with project and business managers on project control matters
Requirements:
University degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in management reporting and budgeting, ideally in a large-scale organization
Open to both Commercial and Banking candidates
Excellent command of MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines
Inquisitive nature and exceptional attention to detail
Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal abilities
