Job description

Our client is a renowned household brand in Hong Kong. As they are going through business transformation, an opportunity has now arisen for a seasoned C&B Professional to join them.

 

Duties:

  • You will play a major role in developing and managing C&B Initiatives

  • Manage and lead the team to ensure compliance to company standards.

  • You will play a major role in making recommendations on performance management as their subject matter expert

  • Develop and review C&B policies and procedures

  • Bringing on board market’s best practice on how to transform the organization into a performance based environment

  • Manage the annual salary and bonus review process, working with stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in C&B management, including 4 years in a managerial capacity

  • Must be a strong communicator and have strong project management skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
