Our client is a renowned household brand in Hong Kong. As they are going through business transformation, an opportunity has now arisen for a seasoned C&B Professional to join them.
You will play a major role in developing and managing C&B Initiatives
Manage and lead the team to ensure compliance to company standards.
You will play a major role in making recommendations on performance management as their subject matter expert
Develop and review C&B policies and procedures
Bringing on board market’s best practice on how to transform the organization into a performance based environment
Manage the annual salary and bonus review process, working with stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in C&B management, including 4 years in a managerial capacity
Must be a strong communicator and have strong project management skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
