Job description

Our client is an industry leader with over 80 years history. They are now actively looking for an experienced Compensation & benefits expert to join their team in HK.


Key responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the annual C&B exercise including annual salary review, benefits review, and bonus/ incentive review under the group framework.

  • Support cost management, and conduct staff cost analysis to provide insight into the development of HR and business strategies.

  • Review and update human resources policies and procedures to align with Group’s regional practice and compliance with statutory requirements.

  • Work closely with HR and business leaders to develop and implement executive compensation programs that are in line with the organization's goals and objectives.

  • Support ad-hoc HR assignments or projects.



  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

  • A Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in areas of compensation & benefits gained from sizable organizations at a country level.

  • Excellent analytical and project management skills

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills

  • Fluency in English is a mush and previous experience gained from HR consulting firm is advantageous.
