Engineer to Project Manager (All level)

Job description

We're Hiring: Engineers to Project Managers (All Levels)

Responsibilities:

• Develop maintenance schedules, allocate manpower, and ensure timely execution

• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, including budgeting for equipment replacement

• Handle emergency issues and liaise with clients and technical teams

• Oversee and implement energy-saving initiatives across building systems

• Manage MVAC, electrical, and building service operations

• Apply energy conservation practices and ensure smooth project delivery

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (for PM roles)

Requirement:

• All levels: Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior candidates welcome

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Energy, or Environmental Engineering

• Familiarity with MVAC systems and energy-saving technologies

• Strong leadership and coordination skills (especially for PM roles)

• Passion for sustainability and innovation in building services
