Senior Project Manager - Archi

Job description

An opportunity has arisen for an energetic professional to lead their project management division for upcoming new projects.

We are now seeking for Senior Project Manager - Archi.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Account for full spectrum of project management duties from inception to completion
• Manage project pipeline from design, submissions, procurement to site management with the support from designers, contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders
• Evaluate and manage contractors' and vendors' performance
• Closely liaison with other project team members to attain objectives by various stages
• Liaise with the senior management to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop best practices and procedures to ensure strict compliance

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree holder in Architecture, Design or equivalent
• At least 12 years of project management experiences with proven track record in diversified project portfolio, preferably in property developer
• Sound knowledge of statutory requirement and compliance
• Membership of professional qualification is a plus to this role
• Excellent communications and organizational abilities
